Whether you decide to visit Capitol Hill, the Smithsonian, the White House, or any of the wonderful museums DC, your choices are unlimited as to what DC has to offer The Moonlight Dome and Amtrak’s #50 Cardinal train will take you and your guests through Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia before arriving in Washington, DC’s Union Station the next evening at 6:06 p.m. Spend the entire next day on your own exploring what the city has to offer. On day #4, relax in the splendor of the observation dome as we gently roll westward back through West Virginia and Ohio.
After a peaceful night’s rest, a continental breakfast will be served before our scheduled arrival is at 10:05 a.m. The fare includes lease of your private rail car, all rail switching and carrier fees, all food and beverages as noted, your full time chef/attendant, rail car parking fees, on board sleeping accommodations, and all of the “extras” that make traveling by private rail car a uniquely memorable experience!

Day #2 (B, L) Enjoy breakfast while viewing the scenery surrounding the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia. 6:06 pm arrive Washington D.C. (Dinner will be provided if the train is more than 60 minutes of scheduled arrival.) Day #3 (CB) Spend the day in D.C. as you like. Enjoy the Cherry Blossoms!
