Reservations are required and tickets are purchased in advance. Our reservation office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Our office is closed Saturday and Sundays. When you make your reservation, we will ask for your credit card info for ticket purchase and your entree and dessert selection if you are purchasing dining tickets.
Celebrating a special event? Upgrade to a private table by purchasing a 3rd ticket. We will not seat anyone else at your table.
Dress is business casual for those passengers in the three dining cars. Denim jeans and shorts are strictly prohibited in the dining cars. Dress is more relaxed for those passengers in the Coach car. Jeans can be worn for coach ticket holders only. For safety purposes while boarding the train and walking between cars, we highly recommend wearing closed toed shoes with low heels. Guests are strongly discouraged from wearing high-heels or sandaled shoes. Our parking lot is gravel, making it hard to walk in high heels. We cannot under any circumstance board passengers wearing flip flop sandals.
NOTE (for passengers in the dining cars): Tickets do not include gratuity unless you have chosen to prepay. You will be provided with that option to do so when purchasing tickets online. If you do not choose the pre-tip option, please remember to leave gratuity at the end of your dinner train excursion. Your staff works very hard to insure you have a wonderful evening. Suggested 15% gratuity is $12.79 per person or 18% gratuity would be $14.39 per person. Purchases from the bar would increase these dollar amounts.
If you are redeeming gift certificates - reservations must be made by calling our Reservations Department at 513.791.7245. Travel must occur PRIOR to expiration date.
Tickets can be purchased online up to ONE day prior to departure.
