WEBN-Cincinnati Bell Fireworks 2010 The Cincinnati Railway Company will once again operate its fireworks train from the Norwood/Oakley area to the riverfront and back. We will be offering three levels of passage as outlined below. LUXURY LOUNGE CAR PASSAGE-- Two of our luxury Amtrak compliant lounge cars will be going again this year. Passengers will enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by our private chef, drinks and exclusive use of the car. Some guests will also have access to the private patio at the Lytle Towers for fireworks viewing. These cars will be on the same train as the dining cars and will depart from the same location.
